Old Chicago

Did not stay to eat waited ten minutes at front door before being greeted. After getting our party of 8 seated we left after 15 minutes because they did not even take our drink order at that time

I've been to several locations of the Old Chicago's and I'll say, true to a franchise, they are consistently good everywhere I've been. This location was no different. Great service, awesome food and Greta beer too.I tried a new starter and it was a meal all by itself. Green Chile chicken fries. My waiter, Tyler, was friendly and on top of things.

Taste great! I had "Meat Me" with thin crust. It's awesome. Very crunchy. Yum. A little pricey but worth it. Happy tummy. 1g, tru iqii8i5

This is beyond beautiful, the wild life is amazing and the foliage even though spares has its Untold beauties. I love Brush Hollow just got to be careful for those man-eating catfish LOL

I've been here several times. Good beer and menu selections. Good service. Unfortunately, you can't count on consistent quality from the kitchen. Order a pizza and it's great most times, but another time, the same order is disappointing. Sign-up for membership benefits (good at all locations)...all you need is your phone number.

Waitresses here are all cute & friendly as hell but the prices are too high!

This still has to be my favorite old Chicago. This place is clean, fun, and has a good lunch time deal. Plus, Jenny works there in the bar.Sometime a go they change the recipe of the crust, wasn’t very fond of it. The best pizza is served at lunch time because it’s cooked on the particular pan which makes the pizza crust super crunchy. We ordered a couple of large pizzas to go a couple of weeks ago and wasn’t fond of the crust at all but what they have for lunch the same crust as the individual size pizza and it is top notch.I WOULD recommend going for lunch and having either the Chicago seven or the meat me.

The restaurant was hotter than a freakin pizza oven. They said they had an oven not working so ticket times were super slow. We ordered 2 chicago thick pizzas, got to thin crust pizzas. It was kind of a nightmare honestly.

One 6-piece Meat Me, one 4-piece pepperoni, and two kids pepperoni pizzas took cost over $70 and took nearly an hour. The poor ubereats driver had to wait for nearly half an hour. For that price and service quality, I would prefer a big-box pizza delivery over this experience. I don't plan to order from this location again.

A few of us went for Happy Hour. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the Happy Hour appetizers that were served, much more food than we expected. Our waitresses so good and so attentive even though the place was busy. The food was really good & so were the drinks.

Our waitress was wonderful!! It was Friday and the place was packed but she was in her zone and awesome!!

The 1st waitress came off very tude then switched tables with a skinny feller who had outstanding manners and didn't make us feel rushed. The back room kind of smelled but the good was good.

I went in 8 minutes before the kitchen closed. I walked around trying to find someone to take a togo order. Finally found someone who told me to go to the bar. I finally got to the bar, waited some more. Got a menu from the barman, only to be told 1 minute later that it was 12:35am, and the kitchen closes at 12:30am.

Very disappointed with the service. Waited 30 minutes for a table for 9 people. In a place that was not packed at all yesterday. It took the waitress another 30 min before we even placed out drink order. We had to contact the manager twice for this. Food came out cold and the waitress complained that she had 10 tables. There were 3 tables in her section, but we did not see her tend to any other tables. Just very bad service. May be awhile before we go back!

Not bad deep dish pizza and beer mellow I only go during the lunch hour so no idea about friday night

Old Chicago Classic place usually good sometimes hit or miss.

It's a chain so food was adequate. Service was poor and at times nonexistent. Sitting away from the bar I saw our beers poured and waiting. Both times I went and picked them up myself. Then another waitress saw our ticket and card to checkout so she did it. Upon leaving I saw our waitress at the hostess station gabbing. The hostess said a nice goodbye. Our waitress however said nothing to us. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Let's light a fire !!! The flavor of the Chicago Fire calzone isnt for the faint of heart. Its spicy jalapeno infused crust with all of the other ingredients make this the perfect spicy calzone. Served with a side of ranch will ease some of the burn. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes spicy food. Great flavors and great service from Old Chicago.

Right of the highway and main road. When the weather is nice they gave an outdoor patio. Over all great place to go for some quick grub and brews.

Great deep dish 🍕! Lots of toppings to choose from. Service was quick and friendly. Good selection of 🍻! Plenty of space for everyone and not loud.

The food is great and the servers are friendly. They have a great happy hour as well.

I frequent this place quite often. Excellent pizza and various Italian dishes! Wonderful drinks to accompany your meal. Great attentive staff and nice atmosphere! Check it out!

Always seem to be busy. Had a good pizza. Menu has shrunk some, but nothing terrible. Never know what your staff will be like, other than overworked. OK in my opinion for sports bars....

Always cold beer and good pizza.

Service was great..! Price's are pretty Good..! Wouldn't say it's expensive it's moderate..! We had pub Pizza's and the Calzones. They were good portions and tasty. They do have a happy hour and after 10pm speacials...! Easy To see from road but not easy to get to..? Handicap accessible parking and entrance. Patio seating and bar and table seating. They do have a rewards card too.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience from a restaurant I used to enjoy. This place is slipping from the meals I remember! I have never had such dry, overcooked wings in my entire life, the only thing that made these wings bearable was the blue cheese dressing. In addition to this the mozzarella sticks weren't even warm, the cheese was solid as if I just bought the cheese out of the dairy section at the grocery store. Correct me if I'm mistaken but I don't think wings should be dry with no flavor or mozzarella sticks be as if directly taken from the fridge. I once loved this restaurant but all good things must come to an end.

Great beer, the wings were glorious! It's Old C's and you just can't go wrong.

Always love going to old chicago for their $5 pub pizzas and a beer.

Got my appetizer same time as my food. I'm pretty sure my waitress was on drugs or drunk she seem incoherent a little I had to repeat myself a couple times. My wife complained that the bathrooms are dirty she noticed a waitress not wash her hands leaving the Bathroom which makes me feel unsafe to eat there again

Its a chain with a predictable menu but just what we needed in the circumstances. The big plus was the service which was friendly helpful and timely. Food was tasty and the right amount.

I've always enjoyed the pizza here and the service is usually pretty decent. Last night, however, I took a sip of my drink and tasted a slight hint of bleach and noticed some dried bleach on the outside of the cup. I've never had this issue at a restaurant before nor have ever had an issue with this OC. I'm assuming it's an isolated incident and will be back for some pizza in the future. Please just check to ensure that the drinkware is cleaned and washed thoroughly. Nothing like a side of bleach to go with your pizza ;-)

This pizza was SO GOOD!!! We got the veggie 7 thin crust. Their thin crust is not your usual crispy paper type - it’s yeasty & the PERFECT texture between soft & crunchy. The sauce was unique & tasted deliciously homemade. The pizza was PILED, I mean PILED with toppings that tasted real (not canned), absolutely fresh & DELICIOUS! This is my new favorite pizza!!

I go here often since it's right next to work. I mainly order from the lunch menu. The lunch deals are pretty awesome and the lunch portions are actually filling. I usually have the same server and she's very nice and helpful. The only complaint I could have is from when I ordered tonight. I got a personal pizza and a side salad. The pizza was fantastic, but the side salad looked tiny. It comes in this large plastic container but is less than a third full. It was disappointing.

How can you live a fulfilling life without pizza and beer? The answer is, you can't. When you feel the need for a cathartic experience filled with high quality brews on tap, and tasty pizza goodness, Old Chicago has your back. Very friendly servers, a variety of cold beers on tap, and some seriously delicious pizza are what you'll find at Old Chicago. Sunday night trivia us also a good time to socialize with friends and family. I highly recommend Old Chicago!

I work for a delivery service that helps this particular Old Chicago...i have been here before and there are always issues! This time, there were 3 young ladies folding napkins/rolling silverware and all ignoring every person that walked in and out the door, i don't know why there are 3 of them... they talk and cuss to be heard near the bathroom, roll their eyes and have attitude toward adults. The manager Ryan doesn't seem to hold them responsible, probably because they are young girls and "cute" which doesn't mean they're doing their job...i wouldn't eat here and refusing to accept another order here!!

A friend and I went to the Old Chicago on Wadsworth Blvd in Lakewood this evening and sat on the sunny 🌞 deck with Kacey. She was smiling and cheerful, we had excellent service. Good food 🍕, great Leinenkugel’s Wisconsin beer 🍺 and a fun server. What more could you ask for ? We will definitely be back!! Thanks Old Chicago
